2–20 players • 30–90 minutes • Age 12+
Command your fleet across the open sea. Fire real cannons. Capture islands. Plunder treasure. Dominate the waves.
Development Notice: This game is in the early phases of development. Rules, factions, and balance are subject to change. Preview images are concept art only and are AI generated.
No dice, no grid. You physically move your ships, aim your cannons, and fire them yourself.
Ships roll on built-in wheels. No grid, no spaces, just push your ship across the table. Positioning is everything.
3D-printed snap cannons that actually fire across the table. Get good at aiming and you'll win more fights.
Plant your flag on islands to claim them. Captured islands generate treasure coins and can be used as gun emplacements.
Spend treasure coins during your turn for an edge. Full sail for extra speed, repairs to stay afloat, or boarding actions to steal enemy ships.
Every component is 3D printable. Ships, cannons, islands, cannonballs. Print your own complete game for free.
Works as a 1v1 duel or a massive free-for-all. Default mode plays 2–6, Group mode handles up to 20.
Each faction plays differently. Pick one that fits your style.
The Well-Rounded Standard
Disciplined crews allow 180° pivots. A good pick if you're just learning the game.
Fast and Fragile Raiders
Hit-and-run specialists with double movement. Draw extra coins when boarding or capturing.
Economic Powerhouse
Fewer ships but superior income. Draw double coins from every captured island.
Stone and Sturdy
Carved stone ships shrug off the first hit each turn. Slow but brutally durable.
The Ghost Ships
Fragile but relentless. Return destroyed ships from the deep by spending coins at controlled islands.
Steam and Iron
Forward-only cannons but relentless mechanical propulsion. Line up the perfect head-on shot.
Native Defenders
Lightning-fast with rear-firing cannons. Start with one island already under your control.

Simple enough to pick up quickly, but there's a lot of room to get better.
Pick a faction. Each one has different ships and abilities. Grab your fleet, a cannon, and some cannonballs.
Place islands in the center of the table. Deploy your fleet along your chosen edge. Fill the coin bag and prepare for battle.
On your turn, each ship takes ONE action: Move your ships, Fire your cannons, or Collect from a captured island.
Coins buy you options: Full Sail for extra speed, Repair Crew to patch up damage, or Boarding Party to take an enemy ship.
Score points for surviving ships, captured islands, and hoarded coins. The highest score wins!
Print the whole game yourself, or download the rulebook to read before you play. Files and further information are available on GitHub.
All downloads are early development versions only and have a long way to go. Rules, balance, and files are actively changing. Use at your own risk and expect rough edges.

Stone temple barges that shrug off the first hit each turn. Slow, but they can take a beating.
Spectral galleons that come back when sunk. Hard to kill for good.
Steam paddle warships with forward-only cannons. They only fire forward, but they never stop moving.
Fast outrigger canoes that shoot behind them. You start with an island already claimed.
Only two ships, but captured islands pay out double. Win by outearning everyone else.
All five expansion factions in one package.
